California Science Center’s Stuck at Home Science
A Space to Breathe Over the next six weeks of free online classes they will explore the following themes: anchoring, connection, restoration, body awareness, empowerment and resilience. You will have the opportunity to build stability and grounding by practicing a theme over the course of one week, with one of Exhale to Inhale’s Fellows. They are offering the same class two times a day at 7:15 AM and 6:15 PM, Monday through Friday. No prior yoga experience (or mat) required.
