Please note that information sent via email may not be secure. Please do not send any personal information regarding medical conditions—including specifics about behavioral health — as well as other personal identifying information.
You can voluntarily receive other information, such as electronic newsletters, email updates, and event information by subscribing to our mailing list. Use the “LET’S STAY IN TOUCH” form at the bottom of each page or contact us.
Security
We take precautions to protect your information.
Resource Center Members
Current Resource Center Members, and those inquiring about our programs and services, should not disclose sensitive treatment or health information — including specifics about behavioral health or well-being—via email.
Donations
Wherever we collect sensitive information (e.g. credit card data), the information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.
We also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, development and events) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
We reserve the right to list donors and supporters as part of an event or an annual report. Those donors and supporters who do not want to be listed should email us.
The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
