At our Mount Vernon Resource Center, you will find support groups for parents, grandparents, those with early childhood needs and our Every Kid Counts and Daughters of Destiny programs. Additionally, the staff at our Mount Vernon Resource Center, who are themselves from the community, provide parent skills training, educational workshops, and recreational activities.

All of our Resource Centers work one-to-one with families; may accompany families to various meetings with school personnel, service providers and to family court; coordinate Network meetings;  and provide additional advocacy services and telephone support.

At Family Ties, we see parents as partners and strive to keep children at home with their families and in their communities. We believe that by working together, we can provide families with the tools and strategies they need to be successful and build stronger families and communities.

All  Family Ties services are free and confidential. We look forward to welcoming you to our family.
